Welcome to Moscow Counseling LLC.

We are accepting new clients during this troubling and stressful time! Sessions are being conducted in-person, while following social distancing guidelines and all surfaces are disinfected between sessions for your safety and well-being. We also have the option of attending sessions online, if you prefer to stay at home.

At Moscow Counseling we provide a comforting, safe, and non-judgmental environment where you can openly discuss and address your problems and concerns. Together, we will work collaboratively in a supportive and caring manner to help you restructure unhealthy attitudes and beliefs, build effective coping skills, and develop positive ways of thinking to improve your mood, self-esteem, communication skills, motivation, and confidence. We offer help and skills development for personal growth for a large variety of mental health concerns. With time, engagement, and practice, you'll be able to effectively manage and reduce distressing emotions and self-defeating thoughts and behaviors so you can live a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
